Terms Of Service:

TMT COMPUTERS requires that each Server User abide by the following:

• Your server shall not violate our "SPAM Policy and Guidelines" .
• Your server shall not violate our "Adult Content Policy" .
• Your Server shall not be used to store or disseminate material of a threatening or slanderous nature.
• In fairness to other shared hosting users, sites using exceptional resources (RAM, disk, bandwidth, etc.) must upgrade their accounts or leave TMT COMPUTERS. 
• The use, damage resulting from use, and licensing of, any software, be it Shareware, Commercial, or Freeware is the sole responsibility of you, the Server Account Holder.
• I agree to the terms set forth in the TMT COMPUTERS Terms And Conditions Agreement
• Furthermore, I understand that TMT COMPUTERS reserves the right to deactivate any hosting account if the account is in violation of said agreements and policies.
• Same Day Setup: Your hosting account will be setup the same day upon receipt of your order and all the necessary account details will be forwarded to you.
